Download MakeSFX.zip
Extract MakeSFX.zip to C:\MakeSFX or similar.
Create a new folder within this directory for your emulator:
C:\MakeSFX\R_Racer
Within this folder create an Inducer directory:
C:\MakeSFX\R_Racer\Inducer
Within this folder create a final emulator directory:
C:\MakeSFX\R_Racer\Inducer\R_Racer
And an Images directory:
C:\MakeSFX\R_Racer\Inducer\Images
Place the bins within the emulator directory or where appropriate:
C:\MakeSFX\R_Racer\Inducer\R_Racer\R_Racer.bin
Place your png screenshot into the Images directory:
C:\MakeSFX\R_Racer\Inducer\Images\R_Racer.png
Within the Inducer directory create a dxl file for the emulator:
C:\MakeSFX\R_Racer\Inducer\R_Racer.dxl
This is a six line text file that is formatted as follows:

SCREENSHOT="/cd/Images/R_Racer.png"
TARGET="/cd/R_Racer/R_Racer.bin"

Edit it appropriately to match your emulator.
Run MakeSFX and select the C:\MakeSFX\R_Racer directory.
