To begin anew...
My code sucks. There's no art, and the levels that have been designed so far are iffy at best. Reasons being? Design flaws made at the beginning, and a bad case of N.I.H. (Not Invented Here syndrome) with the basic code that became the full engine (granted, it was a team project at inception, so not all of the code was from myself). Furthermore, I actually have some real design and programming methodology/skill drilled into my sk0ll now, so it should go a lot more smoothly the second time around :). Going to do a quick rewrite of what's there so far, then get back to mapping it up hardcore, and getting a first release out the door.
