Okay I finally have my own official development site setup. and with that
the start of a dreamcast coding competition.
The contest will go as follows on chosen date a file with a graphics package will
be uploaded to this website. Each contestant that wants to participate will download
that package of textures and program there game and submit it by a chosen date.
